  • What is the mission of your practice?
Our mission is to deliver exceptional medical care and service, focusing on a proactive and comprehensive approach to disease prevention and wellness. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered excellence in internal medicine. From the moment you step into my office, we want you to feel completely satisfied with every aspect of your care.
  • What is a Concierge Medical Practice?
A concierge medical practice delivers highly personalized and comprehensive care to a limited number of patients. We intentionally keep our practice small to dedicate more time to each patient’s care and unique needs. You can expect minimal waiting time in the office, and appointments will start on schedule. This approach allows us to schedule longer appointments based on your needs. Additionally, you can reach your doctors via my personal patient-dedicated cell phone and email, making communication easier than ever. A distinguishing feature of concierge medicine is the strong, collaborative relationship that develops between the medical team and each patient, fostering a deeper level of trust and engagement
  • Do you bill insurance?
Unlike other concierge medicine practices, we do not bill insurance or receive any reimbursements from insurance. Our members pay a set monthly or annual fee directly to their personal physician. There are no co-pays, deductibles, surprise bills, or administrative headaches.
  • Will I be able to use my insurance for medications, labs, imaging, and other tests?
Yes, definitely. Even with health insurance, we'll always strive to get you a better deal, sometimes by exploring self-pay options.
  • Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. While we offer top-quality primary care services, our coverage does not extend to hospitalizations, specialist consultations, lab tests, or advanced diagnostics. Therefore, it is important to maintain insurance to cover these and other potential healthcare expenses.
  • Is the membership fee tax-deductible?
Please consult your tax advisor to determine if the membership fee is deductible in your particular case.
  • I have Medicare. Can I still be a patient?
Yes, absolutely. However, neither you nor your doctor at Concierge Medicine of South Florida will be able to seek reimbursement from Medicare for office visits. You will be required to sign an Advanced Beneficiary Notice of Non-Coverage (ABN). All other Medicare benefits, such as medications, labs, imaging, and more, will remain unaffected.
  • Can your services be reimbursed through my FSA, HSA, MSA, HRA, or out-of-network benefits?
We recommend checking with your health insurance provider for more information. If needed, we can provide a superbill upon request, but please note that we are unable to submit it directly to your insurance for reimbursement.
  • What do I do in case of an emergency?
Please dial 911 immediately. Once emergency services have been alerted, contact our office so we can monitor your condition and collaborate with the local emergency department to ensure continuity of care.
  • Is Concierge Medicine of South Florida right for me?
A concierge doctor might be perfect for you if you have a busy lifestyle, have specific health needs, want a more personal “family doctor” experience, or if you’re looking to take a proactive approach to your health and wellness. We’re here to accommodate your needs, often on short notice, and provide as much time and attention as necessary to ensure you feel listened to, receive the right care, and have all your questions answered. We invite you to schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet, with no obligation involved. During this session, we will address any concerns you may have about our services.
